How far in advance should we book your services?
It depends on the service! For full-cycle planning, I recommend booking at least a year in advance to ensure we can secure the key vendors on your date (primarily venue and photographer). If you're looking for partial planning, six to eight months in advance of your date should suffice. For day-of coordination, I recommend two months. Please note, however, that wedding dates are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wait too long, I may lose availability for your date, so reach out sooner rather than later!
Do you work with all budgets?
Constellation offers a variety of packages and à la carte services at different price points to accommodate a range of budgets. My goal is to provide options that suit your needs, whether you're looking for full-service planning or just a little extra support. I’d love to chat and help you find a service that works for you!
Can you help with destination weddings or events?
Absolutely! Reach out with your details and I'm happy to provide information about destination pricing.
Can you plan an elopement?
Definitely! I don't think there's any one "right" way to do a wedding (or a marriage, for that matter). If you're interested in an elopement, I'm happy to source venues, photographers and any other elements you would want to include in this beautiful event.
Do you offer planning for other types of events besides weddings?

Do you require a deposit to book your services? Do you offer payment plans?
Yes and yes. A fifty percent deposit is due upon booking. The remainder of your payment is due two weeks before your event date. I am happy to discuss your specific financial circumstances to tailor a payment plan that works for you if that's something that would be of interest.
Do you have preferred vendors, or can we choose our own?
I have several excellent vendors with whom I have existing relationships and can highly recommend. However, you are welcome to choose any vendor that best suits your needs.
What if we already have a vision—can you help bring it to life?
Most definitely! I am prepared to meet you where you're at. If you just need me for execution, then that's what I'll do!
What happens if an issue arises on my wedding day?
Of course, I'll do everything I can to make sure nothing major catches us by surprise on your big day. However, I understand that unexpected situations can arise, which is why I have a proactive approach to handling any issues on the wedding day. I am constantly in communication with your vendor team to be sure that I am aware of any potential issues as soon as possible. My top priority in problem-solving is keeping the stress off you and your family. I'll be sure to protect your vision and ensure the day unfolds as planned, so you can stay present and enjoy every moment without worry. My experience, attention to detail, and strong relationships with vendors allow efficient and discreet troubleshooting. You can focus on celebrating, knowing that everything is under control. Additionally, I always have a detailed timeline, backup plans, and an emergency kit on hand to handle any situation seamlessly. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure a smooth, joyful, and unforgettable wedding day—no matter what comes our way!
